What is LGF?Light Guide Film
LGP pattern is engraved through roll stamping process by using extrusion disk sheet.
Strength
LGF is suitable for mass production, and it is advantageous for the production of thin-type LGP that cannot be produced with the injection method. It can reduce development lead time and improve color deviation, and extrusion is more tolerant to crack due no injection stress.
Unlike injection molding, no additional mold tooling is required due to guarantee shot of the mold.
